Take desiccated beef liver capsules instead of the multivitamin. They are considered “nature’s multivitamin” since they give you pretty much all the vitamins you need from a natural source. Perfect Supplements and Ancestral are good brands available on Amazon.

I have read studies that say not to take vitamin C unless feeling sick because it'll work against your gym gains.

Most of us will do well taking these supplements:
Vitamin D3
Zinc
Magnesium
as we are deficient in these vitamins/minerals due to lifestyle and diet.
Most people should probably be taking creatine also, even if they aren't regularly going to the gym.

I take Creatine, Ashwaganda, and Maca Root. I noticed less stress on the Ashwaganda and more energy on Maca.

I think you're right. Maybe 18 months, but less than 2 years for sure. Hell he was benching 300+ lbs.

Why even take creatine unless you're trying to add bulk? I thought there were negative side effects to it?
Research there are a ton of benefits from small doses especially for men over 40. It’s a good supplement if not taken by the pound daily.

Started Relief Factor a month and a half ago. At the time, I bursitis and tendonitis in my right hip.
I got cortisone shots for each. Bursitis went away quickly but the tendonitis was persistent.
After about two weeks of Relief Factor, my hip was pain free and remains so. In addition, my right wrist started bothering me a few years ago from what I believe is arthritis. The pain from that almost gone and only bothers me once in a while - not daily like it used to.
