Definitely.

Great way to start the day. Wakes me up and has me feeling good starting the day off.

It sounds like you have a body odor problem. It's not a big deal, since you are obviously aware and take measures to mitigate it's impact on others, but you shouldn't project your body odor issues on others.

I don't get smelly from an evening shower to waking up in the morning. Not even close. I would imagine most people don't unless they sweat in bed something awful.

I have to shower in the morning to wake myself up. I usually shower in the evenings too though.

OP doesn't realize that the reason he feels gross and sticky all day without a morning shower is because he goes to bed with all the dirt, sweat, etc from the day.

Do you guys who don't shower in the morning not shave daily? I need a fresh daily shave, and not showering with a shave just feels weird.

I don't shave daily unless I have to. But I can't go days without shaving. It bugs me also. One does not have to go through life taking a daily shower. But if I do yard work, I shower twice a day. I'm not anti-shower. But I'm not around people every day. And bidet.

I shower in the morning as well. Even though I shower at night before I go to bed. It's not like I get dirty when I sleep.

This is on only way to do it.

You can tell which posters haven’t seen the inside of a gym (and as such their pecker) in over a decade from the responses here

Absolutely morning shower. Don’t feel right without it. Evening shower as needed, maybe quick rinse off.

So you get into bed with the day's germs all over you? Nasty.

What do you do in your sleep to make you so gross and sticky after having showered before going to sleep?

Do you also stop after eight hours of living your day and shower again. If you feel sticky and gross after just sleeping, I can only imagine how gross and sticky you are by 1:00-2:00 in the afternoon after being active for eight hours.

I would ask do some of you not need to look presentable at work, but I already know the answer

Does going to PT and exercising for sciatica count?

I have to shower every morning to feel awake and start the day. I feel off all day if I don't shower in the morning.

I shower at night too if needed. I'll take three showers some days. Morning, after going to the gym at lunch, then at night before bed.

I like being clean.

I’m betting you smell even after your morning shower.

Exactly this. I shower in the AM and before bed every day.

I shower at night, have very short hair, and a beard. So my hair doesn't get oily after sleeping for 8 hours. I do not have to shave every morning because of the beard. I rarely sweat at night as I keep my AC on 66 at night, and have a ceiling fan on and only cover with a sheet 95% of the time.

In the morning I usually smell like the soap and shampoo I used to shower with the night before. Add deodorant and I'm good to go.

I'm very aware of what I smell like because when I do stink, whether its after having to go out in the field for the day for work, or working outside at home, etc. I can tell when I stink. I notice it. And that's why I know I don't stink in the morning.

I shower at night after work and the gym. The head is shaved so no greasy hair but my face is a little greasy when I wake up so after brushing my teeth I splash water on my face to freshen that up. I also use an antiperspirant a few nights a week right before I go to bed then use deodorant in the morning. Keeps me pretty fresh all day.

On weekends I shower before going out. On Sunday that might be at 11am.
