Do you put on anti perspirant at night or in the morning?

Directions say to apply before bed, but I'm sure most here like myself use it in the morning.

For those of you that apply before bed, do you notice it works better than when applying in the morning?

If you’re a heavy sweater, you need to do Certain Dri prescription strength roll on at night. Combine that with a shower in the morning and an application of some good spray on, and you’ll be good to go.

I put it on after showering in the morning. If I end up needing to shower before bed I will put it on then as well but wait til it dries before getting into bed.

The reason the directions say to apply at night is to give time for it to absorb in your skin. Nighttime is best because you aren't active and naturally sweating.

You put on antiperspirant then even though you're going to shower in the morning?

Oh yea you are. Why do you think you can weigh yourself right before bed, sleep through the night, and weigh 2 lbs less the next morning.
