Much prefer the small natural ones. Odds are much greater that they hold their shape much longer.

Done right, fake tits are the greatest things in the world. Just got to get the right size for their frame and find a good doctor

Real are better, but I'm not gonna hate on fake ones either.... especially when Mrs. chRxis has them...

ETA: Tinier than tiny or grandiose works for me. Pretty girl with a lovely smile will work. Thin with tiny boobs or on up to huge boobs. Chubby gal with large boobs will work as well.

Don't underestimate the value of nice nipples as well! I used to hate fake boobs but have had a chance to sample some you would not believe are not real..
