So are healthcare “heroes”
Which is ironic because the people saying things like this also call cops & firefighters heroes.

Not all Healthcare workers are Karen's. My wife volunteered the last 2 nights to take the 11-7 shift and still did her own job(8-4) after state showed up. Not a post on Facebook. Doesn't help my sex life though.

All while I went fishing today

My cousin is in pharmaceutical sales. Wouldn't surprise me at all if they had one.

Husband of one of my wife’s friends was a medic and blew his back out playing football on base like the first week they were in Iraq. Sent home, fused vertebrae, he’s done.

They love telling people how he was injured in the military in Iraq

It pisses my wife off so much

Why is the sign thanking the reader for all they do? I'm confused.

Guy I know hurt his shoulder playing softball and missed a deployment because of it. His unit took a lot of casualties so it may have saved his life.

Someone put one of those huge birthday signs in my neighbors yard, it said “a hero lives here!” She’s a fricking OBGYN

I'm thinking the institutions are coming around doing this. Then if you get one and don't want one, you probably face the stigma of not participating if you take it down.

I would be embarrassed to put that in my yard. It shits all over nurses who already had dangerous and horrifying jobs dealing with HIV and other contagious diseases.

Married to one. One Saturday that sign appeared in our front yard out of nowhere. My wife didn't know anything about it. Left it out for a week then it went in the garbage can

If I got a sign, it would end up in the same spot.

They are like 80 years old too. I'm pretty sure they are old hippies from somewhere up north.

There is a weird obession in society where people get off to patting themselves on the back.

My wife and I both work in healthcare, she's in direct patient care. There are no dumbass signs in our yard
