She drives about 20% of the time on trips and that's usually on the way home.

I’ve drive so aggressively that I’m not allowed to drive.

Thank the gods for being able to post on road trips. .

This older “man” in my neighborhood rides in the passenger seat every time he and his wife go somewhere. I’m a woman, and it’s a turn off to see women driving men around.

Uh, maybe his vision sucks or he has a health condition.

WTF?

Like I said, my wife is a very good driver. She’s aware of traffic behind her and in front of her like all good drivers do. Sometimes I just want to relax and listen to music or surf the net. I can understand why some men don’t like their wives driving them if they’re bad drivers.

My wife is the worst side seat driver in the fricking world. I almost pulled the fricking car over three times on the way back from Jackson Hole. She acts like a fricking meteor is about to hit us with a lane change or God forbid a Mack truck gets in front of us. She never knows where we fricking are and ALWAYS has commentary on my driving.

With that said, the bitch won’t drive anywhere but Birmingham because ‘she knows it’ and ‘feels comfortable’. She won’t last a second in the zombie apocalypse.

Yeah, for a few hours so I can rest. Terrifying but I either sleep. bury my head in my phone, or goof with the kids. Never look forward. Kind of like walking on a see through grate floor on a crane or other structure many stories high when youre fine if you dont look down.

My ex wife used to drive a lot when we went on vacation. She had less road rage than me.

My GF doesn’t like to drive but she will usually drive a couple of hrs (if it’s more than 8 hrs) so I can catch a quick nap between driving start and finish.

My wife will kill me eventually by shrieking like our entire family was murdered when it’s just a Subaru merging onto the interstate 200 yards in front of us

Not unless I’m real tired and need a quick car nap but that’s rare. She’s like a stressed out old lady driver.

Apparently most of the men in this thread married children.

Yes my wife drives. I drive mostly just out of habit and out of chivalry but I absolutely have no fear when she takes the wheel.

The only time my wife drives is when I’ve been drinking and she hasn’t.

Nope, she has no idea how to adjust speeds on interstates. Made the mistake to let her drive one stretch and never again

I’ve done it twice after driving 10 hours or more while she and daughter slept. I had enough adrenaline after the second one to drive clear across US .
