There's someone that I despise. It's not like I ever think about her outside of when I see her but I just think she is a repulsive person who has to gossip about other people's lives and talk bad about them to get attention because hers is so pathetic.

Chemically speaking, hate and love are the same emotion. If you look at the amygdala on PET scans, they light up the exact same way. To hate someone means you care about them, their opinions, their feelings and thoughts. Hating someone is a waste of emotional energy. I simply don't care about people that don't matter to me.

I do know of 4 people/douche bags in my career whom I disliked and did not respect.
Wouldnt say DIAF, but a lingering twisted testicle would be ok.

Former coworker, I hated that bitch with every fiber in my body. Kiss arse that loved to pick up buzzwords and run with them as if she understood what they meant. You ask her in depth questions and she would tell you she didn't know. VP of the company loved her because she kissed his arse to no end.
When he was promoted to VP, the next day she spent literally the first 4 hours of the day on the phone calling people talking about how great his promotion was and how much it would do for the company.
Said company has never turned a single penny of profit and it now almost bankrupt, they will be lucky to keep the doors open another year lol.
Moral of the story, don't promote a kiss arse and listen to them.
