That same listing, photos and all was used for a different house in a different location months ago. I see the one you're looking at currently has only been listed 4 days.

What's the plan?
We moved from there 1.5 years ago to chase money and stuff.

Ye, my BIL's neighborhood has like 4 floor plans that just have different colors and finished on the inside. Nothing truly custom, which is fine.

I've stated in previous posts, I'm going to create an "original strain", and let the OT name it.
I'll take the most voted on name, and provide pics of it growing and sitting in the shop. Then, if anyone wants to come in and can provide proof of being an OT member, they will get a free sample.

West/Southwest. I have to get back to the outdoors.
Where did you end up? Austin, right?

Big house on a small lot with no trees. Typical Northshore build starting in '06, and it looks like garbage. There are better options for that price.
And the Metairie house is a horrible example. It'll sit on the market forever, because it looks like half of the other houses around Metairie. There are much better examples for cheaper with bigger lots.

A 72X120 lot is tiny?
I guess our 75x75 and 50x100 lots in Old Metairie would just blow his mind

Did you grow up on the Northshore? I'm guessing not.
Hell, my lot in Metairie is 65x125, and I only paid $180k for my shite. Yes, I consider this a small lot.

Austin, in the hills just west/northwest of downtown east of 360.
Been good so far.
The American West certainly has some beautiful topography. You get a little of that here which made it a nice option for us. Have a house on a hill with a view for miles. Living in MS and LA my whole life on flat land made it something I had to have.

The craziest thing is that so many people's houses are overvalued - it's the perfect time to sell super high and GTFO to a superior city to raise a family in (Nashville, Charlotte, Denver, Pittsburgh) but they are blinded.
