This is why I am asking. I am skeptical. If the OT doesn't know someone close who they can guarantee has been, I am calling bull shite on "Space Travel"
Atheists try to brainwash our children with the "Space" lie, but the only space that matters is the "Space" in we occupy in God's heart. Why would he bother making stuff in off of earth when he's watching over every single one of us every day?

Go to the OT for advice on your majors concerns for life. That will get you far...Am I to assume your solution to all relationship issues is anal sex??

Was in Space Camp where an astronaut came in and talked to us, but I don't know anyone who has been.

according to wikipedia:
quote:
As of November 6, 2013, a total of 536 people from 38 countries have gone into space according to the FAI guideline (543 people have qualified when including the US Department of Defense classification). Of the 536, three people completed only a sub-orbital flight, 533 people reached Earth orbit, 24 traveled beyond low Earth orbit and 12 walked on the Moon.

I've been to the troposphere and stratosphere, if that counts.

Jack Nicholson had a great line in Terms of Endearment. Shirley MacLaine was giving him a bunch of shite about being an egomaniac and thinking he was special. Col. Breedlove's response was something like, "I'm one of twelve humans who have walked on the moon. I'm pretty sure that qualifies me as being special."

I have a friend in Bible Study that is a retired Air Force pilot. He flew the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird at heights above 80,000 feet.
