Do you know a "manly" Vegan?

I have personally never met one. I know there are a few bodybuilders who are Vegans I've heard of, like three. Still.
Every time I meet a Vegan guy in real life, they are feminine little pussies. I've heard soy has a estrogen in it but see conflicting research on the effects on men because of the phytoestrogen.
Is it the lack of red meat and addition of soy that turns Vegan men into women. Or is it that these men were already beta males, and they turned Vegan because their lady friends who have never touched their penis convinced them to do it and they think it will finally get them laid?

One of my best friends was a vegan for a year
His wife challenged him to do vegetarian for a year and he one upped her and did vegan.

Only one I know is a dreamer bartender at the local mexican joint. He has a manbun but does bodybuilding. I am not sure which things cancel out the manliness aspect of things. The amount of food he has to eat to get his protein in and nutrients sounds like a living hell of crappy food.
