Do You Have Space In Your House That Doesn't Get Used?

The people who lived in my house before me added on by closing in the garage. Half wall was added to put in a fireplace so there is this area thats about 3 x 5, behind the fireplace that really has no purpose. It has a side door.
Anyway, I am thinking about taking out the fireplace and knocking out the wall to tru to maximize the space.
Anyone has space in their house that doesn't get used?

After giving S Jr. the Bentley and Mrs. S’s dastardly cousin the 2002 Prius, I have a couple open spaces in the 10-car garage.

I now have a Buffalo Bill sized basement. Half of it is a home recording studio. The other half is like a film screening and dope smoking hangout. All upper floors are used by my girlfriend and i.
Backyard is rocks and wood chips, have an in ground fire pit. Plants abundant.
My garage's porch doesn't get used, its covering is open air and covered in concord grapes and I dont want to park anything under it.

Absolutely not. I have a designated bathroom so that I shite in all 7 of them each week.
