Do you have casual Fridays at work?

And how do you handle it?
I change out slacks for jeans. Keep the shirt, tie, sweater, and nice shoes.
As for why I wear a sweater, we keep the air in the low 60s to gauge the female talent.

Jeans and a fishing shirt for me unless I have to meet with clients (depending on the client, I may stick with the fishing shirt). I work in engineering and construction management, so it's fairly typical.

We're pretty casual as is. Jeans / khakis and polos / button downs. I do wear shorts on Fridays in the summertime unless I've got meetings.
