I don’t recall when this has happened. If it has, I do don’t know about it.

I’ve not used gifts I’ve received many times. I gave my housekeeper 3 from the office today.

I try to be as personal as possible with gifts I give. I often get called after the holidays or months later thanking me for a gift a second or third time. I work at it and I’m not always on target.
