Mine is bad and I cringe even thinking about it. I just started a new job and flew out to Dallas to a training seminar. The first day we do a breakfast meet and greet and the owner of the company is there and we’re sitting at a big arse meeting/round table. Owner gets up and wants everyone to introduce themselves and say something about themselves. No biggie. Well he gets to me and I introduce myself and for some reason I get emotional introducing myself(choking back tears and shite) but I make it through. There was nothing to get emotional about, it was the first time and the last time as an adult this has happened. I literally have no idea why that happened. Still baffles me to this day. I don’t even know why I’m sharing this. I had to spend the next two days with these people training. I still feel like a pussy to this day.

You get more emotional with higher testosterone.

Certain kinds of emotion, like anger. Sadness, which is mostly what the OP was about, is increased as testosterone drops, as this article makes clear

Men experiencing low testosterone levels often report feelings of sadness, frustration, and a loss of purpose.

Only my opinion

The older we live, the more people learn through good and bad experiences, hopefully mature, and realize you only have a finite time to spend with loved ones and enjoy the company of friends. We learn to slow down a bit and figure out the things that really
matter.

Orrrrrr people turn into crying twats as they older.

Could be either.

Sorry if already posted. Men lose testosterone and gain estrogen as they age.

The fact I can’t lease a Tesla in Louisiana from Tesla without a grifting middleman showcases the corruption and short thinking of our idiotic, selfish politicians so frick each and every one of those a-hole shitbrains.

I was pretty bothered by this as well, but it was a $282 flight to memphis and the drive back was good practice on the navigation system. I think for LA, the closest place to pick one up is Memphis or Pensacola.

By the way, mine was the best purchase I have made in many years. The only thing I would suggest is to get more miles than you anticipate, because you are going to want to drive this thing.

I find myself getting less emotional in my old age since I have experienced and seen a lot.

I can relate. I feel like I have more empathy these days. I was pretty driven during most of my life and focused on winning in life. I am semi-retired and have slowed down the past 5 or 6 years and seem to feel for others more than I used to.

Definitely. There are a lot of variables that go into this I suppose. I lost both of my parents at a relatively young age. This hit hard (especially my mother). So is life.
