I hope Armageddon is after UPS runs Monday because that's ammo delivery day.

I actually hope it happens. It would suck to die in a meaningless time in history. It would be like closure in a way.

There would be no speed limits which would be awesome but you gotta deal with the roving gangs and lack of fuel. Better download some info on how to make moonshine fuel.

All the time. I often think how insane it is that human civilization is how old? And i was born in 90 and get to watch internet, smart phones, and now AI develop technology at a multitude of rates in what equates to a pin needle sized representation of the timeline of humanity.

That aside, were clearly approaching end stage capitialism which was kicked off by the scamdemic and its assault on the lower and middle class. AI is rapidly eliminating jobs without replacing them, data center focus is pouring gas on the fire, and the profits arent circulating back into the economy.

I have 5 children, the oldest is 9, the world is getting harder to live in, all white countries are being flooded with evil muslims and indians. The elites openly admit to wanting a one world order. Our government has completely been proven to be corrupt and evil.

Yeah, i worry some.

Not really. The more I see murderers released, theft by foreign nationals on an enormous scale, the demonization of my son and ancestors because of my skin color and the mutilation of children it kind of makes me want it to restart.

If you grew up in the early 80's you pretty much lived with the threat daily with USA vs USSR. The threat of nuclear annihilation was a real thing. Had one friends dad who had the house boarded up and a room full of canned goods. I often wondered what he did with all that stuff after nothing happened.

In the biblical sense, no. But I do think some version of “Armageddon” has already happened at an unknowable time in the past if you define it as a collapse or reset of human systems.

As for a total end of humanity, I don’t think it's especially likely, at least not within the way people frame time. Conscious experience and emotion don’t appear to be dependent on substrate to me, and there’s no reason to assume this version of reality is the base layer or the only one that carries meaning.

And, if that’s true, then disruption here doesn’t render everything pointless or final in any absolute sense. It just marks a transition. If it changes, it changes. That doesn’t make it lesser, just different. So I don’t really see a reason to worry about it

tl;dr it already happened, so frick it. Enjoy your Sunday.

Albert Einstein famously stated, "I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones," suggesting that the devastation of a potential World War III could lead humanity back to primitive warfare. This quote reflects his concerns about the destructive capabilities of modern weapons and the potential consequences of global conflict.

Well, even though I have a HUGE amount of influence I don't think I can affect when the apocalypse occurs. Since I can't I don't worry about it.

It must happen. No way to avoid it.

But it won’t have to be nuke based.
