Do you ever wake up in the morning and not know what day it is??

It happens to me a couple days a week.

I don't ever mistake Friday for Monday but sometimes I think it's Wednesday when it's Tuesday.

It seems to happen to me on the weekend. I wake up, see the time and its that second of "oh shite!".

More often than not I have no idea what day it is. I only plan my activities around wind direction and wind speed, not what day it is.
Hell, I might go 7-10 days at a time without seeing another human being besides my wife.

Occasionally. Work a nurse split. Two days one week 5 the next. Get 5 days in a row off every other week.
During those 5 days off, sometimes I need to check my phone in the morning to see what day of the week it is

I think that’s what fricked me up.
That and my kids getting older.
I woke up last Sunday and took a shower, got dressed, ready for work bc I thought it was Monday.
