There's no fixing it when part of her problem is shitty sleeping habits leading to relationship problems. I've done the staying up talking about it until 3 or 4 in the morning enough to know it doesn't work. If your SO has emotional problems and is allowed to exhaust you by waiting until late to pick the fight? The never go to sleep upset advice goes from helpful to destructive
