A month or so ago you were going on about how pleased you were with your job and the little town you live in. What's different besides your being intoxicated right now? Sounds like you need to walk into an open AA meeting tomorrow.

If you're going to medicate yourself, drop the booze and pills and take some acid or shrooms. I've heard they've actually helped with depression and arent addictive.

Beyond that, stop feeling sorry for yourself and wanting others to do the same. Everyone has demons, you're not unique in that regard.

If you really want a change you need to go to rehab. Stay in rehab until your done, then join a support group and consider therapy with an addiction specialist. Recovery is a long, but beautiful process.

There are plenty of people who want to help but you have to help yourself, I know it’s cliche, but it’s the truth.

There aren't any fricking bartenders where you live? They get paid to deal with this shite.

But here's some free advice anyway. If you feel guilty about fricking up the lives of everyone you come in contact with you should consider spending more time with the Gypsies. Their entire culture is rooted in being thieving scum and they deserve any misery and misfortune that your accursed presence might bring down on them. That should alleviate any guilt and provide a sense of higher purpose. Some of their women are pretty hot too.

It's not as farfetched as it seems. Psychedelics have been shown to help mental illnesses including depression. At least if they're used responsibly and not by teenagers thinkings it's some kind of party drug trying to go to cartoon land which is just a simplified stereotype of what they actually do.
