Do you ever eat leftovers cold from the fridge either from sheer laziness or preference?

I find leftovers reheated can sometimes suck and don't mind them cold if I am in a pinch for time.

So weird or solid and efficient time management skills?

depends on what it is...no problem eating cold pizza, fried fish or chicken tenders...but I am not gonna dive off into a plate of unheated rice and gravy.

Sometimes you just can't wait that minute to heat leftovers up.

I reheat everything. It took getting sick one time after eating some cold Buffalo wings from the fridge to decide that the extra minute to reheat is worth it.

How lazy does one have to be to not have enough drive to place something in the microwave and hit a fricking button?

I actually like pizza cold rather than hot. To the point that I'll wait until the next morning to eat pizza and find something else for the night.

Cold pizza and cold fried catfish, yes. All other forms of meat (beef, chicken and pork) should only be eaten after reheating on grill or in oven, not a microwave. Gumbo is okay being reheated from microwave, but better from a pot. Just my personal preference, though.
