In general I don't drink. The last few times i have (over a long time span) its just been to relax and not be uptight and have a good time.

Alcohol is a hell of a drug, it works very well on those it works. For a time.
Problem is the inputs have to keep growing larger, which becomes addiction and the sickness that comes with addiction. Before long you have your troubles now plus addiction.
