No.
I dress down to match the trashiness of my tattoos. Though my Friday night casual jeans ensemble costs around $1,600 in toto.

I dress like a teenager. I own nice clothes if I need to dress nicely, but most of the time it's t-shirts, hoodies, and jeans

Most try to dress like their peers. They don't have individual flare.

There are some exceptions to this rule, but in general the best dressed people I know (expensive and stylish new clothes) are the people that are not particularly wealthy. And the wealthiest people I know spend less money on clothing.

Shirtless with bolo tie.

Frayed Spongebog trunks (adult size).

Distressed Reebok Pumps when not wearing rollerblades and directing traffic with glo-sticks.

Velcro wallet full of singles and rubbers at all times.

Livin it.

My business casual is shorts and a t shirt, usually with Birkenstocks. You'd never know that we're well off, and that's the point.

Nope

Some of the richest people I have ever met wore canvas slip on shoes and dickies coveralls. You would never guess those tug boat owners were worth tens of millions

Polos just say too lazy to wear a real dress shirt.

The best part of having a couple dollars in the bank is being able to wear whatever you want.

Absolutely not. I am in shorts and/or sweatpants during the work week. I keep a rotation of dress shirts and sweaters in my office for zoom calls.
