This is a great example of “America’s Problem.”
Everyone wants to place the blame on someone else. No one wants to take accountability for their own actions and mistakes.
GeorgeTheGreek hit the nail on the head here, the prior poster was likely a very poor leader who has trouble identifying talent and communicating with that talent. When six different people quit, you have to start evaluating what you are doing wrong...you are the common denominator in this instance.
