Do You Back Into Parking Spots?

My wife asked me the other day if pretty much all guys back into parking spots because I do it all the time and since has noticed it a lot. I told her that it would make her life easier doing it because she wouldn't be backing out blindly but she said she could never do it and a heated convo ensued.
How do y'all feel about it?

It is safer. If time allows I back in.

In truck it's preferred. In car/Jeep, nah.

I never do it and have a full sized truck. I find backing up between two parked cars more of a pain in the arse than backing straight back when I'm leaving. Guess it's personal preference

Sometimes.
I've been on job sites where it was required. I'll do it at a store if I have room or can pull straight through to the spot in front of me resulting in the same "backward" parking orientation.

Very rare when I do not back into a spot - never did when I drove a pickup or SUV. I pull in forward in the car only when the spots are angled so I'm basically forced to do it.

Reverse Parking is the best.

This thread goes the same way every time
I back in everywhere. Parking lots are like plane seats. Trucks getting bigger and spots getting smaller.

You are a prick if you back into a parking spot. The end.

I drive a full size truck, so yes. Can't park otherwise

Cops and people with big vehicles. In case of an emergency and out of necessity. Big vehicles are much easier to back in and also easier to get out. If you own a full size truck or SUV, you know this.

Some stupid bitch backed into my car in a parking lot Wednesday. I wish she'd backed in to her spot.

Every time in my truck unless the lot is empty and I know it will stay empty.

The company I work for requires it at the office or anytime I'm driving for business. I've gotten in the habit and like backing in.
It's a lot safer if you go somewhere and get drunk. You're less likely to hit someone if you don't have to back out of a spot.

The people who hold up traffic to back in are the same ones who use their flashers while it's raining. Fact.
