Got rid of it when they stopped doing 2 spaces after periods.

I still do this. I was taught this as a kid, and I can't undo it. The only time I don't do it is when typing on a cell phone like now.

The grammar mistake that is made all the time is spelling a lot, alot (as one word). There is no such word as "alot".

In British Lit class the teacher knocked off 3 points on an in class essay for spelling a lot, alot. So, it stuck with me.

I find the much more common issue is people using 's for plural things instead of normal s. I see it everywhere.

Grammar has died. Even doctors I work with can barely write a sentence grammatically correct. It’s frightening.

Yes, it’s not about grammar.

They do teach it, but some people still don’t know how to use it, I see signs like this almost every day

Easy trick to remember is just to write it how you say it

I honestly can't be bothered anymore because phones actually suck for typing on.

I can try to spell "with" a million times and it changes it to "either" every time. It's annoying as frick.

The English language evolves over time. You wouldn’t understand a person from the Middle Ages. Not a big deal.

Drives me crazy when people don't properly conjugate third person singular verbs that end in "-st" or "-sk."
