Whiney public rants are unprofessional. Looks like she confirmed their suspicions

Sounds like a new made up name for HR Intern.

I'd like to know what happened to send her into this very professional tirade.

This has always been the case.

I'd like to see what she feels constitutes "bullying" and how one can do that on LinkedIn. As far as I can tell it's not like Twitter or Facebook. It's just a means to connect with other professionals. I've been recruited for jobs via LinkedIn, but have never encountered any kind of scenario where "bullying" was even possible.

Just like the terms racism and sexism are becoming, "bullying" is one of those terms that has been used so much (in instances of no actually "bullying") that it has lost all meaning. It sounds like someone told this dipshit that she didn't have enough experience for whatever job she was seeking and that they didn't give a damn about her cheerleading credentials, her seemingly very important "talent acquisition" internship or that she has been working in the real world for an overwhelming 6 months.

I think she's lying about paying for college.

ETA: Pretty unprofessional post imo.

100%

Either she had a job for some money but her family paid for it or she had a scholarship or she took out loans.

It probably depends upon your field, but my experience has been "yes".

WTF is a Talent Acquisition Intern?

I'm pretty sure that is what they call those fake girl producers on NVG. You know "you want to make $1,000 to $5,000 a day?"

Her resume' must be padded or enhanced with the cheerleader, dance team stuff. Her FB clearly shows that she is pear shaped.

She's a recruiter intern sounds like.

Such a fascinating industry, recruiting is. Where people who can't find jobs after college, help other people who can't find jobs, find jobs.

Most definitely...as long as you're not using it like the girl in the OP.

Bullying, another term that is losing its meaning, much like racist or racism.

In the middle of a rant on a job finding website. No, not unprofessional at all.

If you were good enough at your job, your company wouldn't hire people like me to tell you how to do it.
