Do Louisiana schools fully reopen in phase 3?

He announced the phase is changing tomorrow... when the original phase 2 order expires... and is announcing the specifics tomorrow. He’s not going to just have no specifics at all. I don’t support the guy either but come on, you just sound like a whiny child.

Right. But class size & transportation restrictions made it a logistical nightmare for 5 days a week.

No, I'm sorry but I expect a governor to actually be able to provide specifics about what restrictions he is continuing to place on our economy and populace. The fact that he can't even provide these during a planned press conference knowing the change goes into effect tomorrow is impossible to defend.

A-J goes Monday/Wednesday
K-Z goes Tuesday/Thursday
They alternate Friday
So far, so good with this format in WM.

Most schools have already announced what the plans are
Some hybrid will become full attendance
Some will likely stay hybrid
The full virtual model is still in play as well

It kinda is on JBE since he sets social distancing & group capacity limits
The school boards make their decisions based on how they can accommodate these limits
