Here is some truth serum
Some Illegals pay taxes. MOST do not.
Even those that get checks, do not have bank accounts, they go to the Hispanic stores and those stores will cash the checks all day long.
Yes, some do work for mid to large sized companies, provide a fake SS, and actually pay taxes through a payroll system.
This percentage is very very small however.

Income tax? Not likely. They do pay sales tax like everybody else unless they live in Texas.

Those are two big negatives for sure.
But how much consumers save in paying immigrant labor - Hotels, lawn care, restaurants, agriculture?
I kind of think it’s pretty close to a wash from a purely financial equation overall. The people that have a large immigrant workforce probably benefit the most.
The neighborhood landscaper gets more out of them then the public-school teacher that has to work harder to teach these kids.

Many do pay taxes. However, the costs of illegal immigration far outweigh whatever income the government gets from their taxes. That is, still not worth it.
