It used to be a pain when car makers put holders on the front when you didn't need it and had to remove it.
Sorry you had to go through all 2 minutes of that.

No front plate on either of my Mustangs. Never been a problem.

Louisiana should probably be a different color because I see a lot of cars without any plate

Texas still does. My wife's car is designed where you have to drill into the front bumper to mount the plate, there's no bracket, so she's still driving with no front plate.

She can rest easy. She'll never be ticketed.

My car is the same way. I live in IL and just got ticketed for it a month ago. I’m not drilling into my bumper though. frick that.

You can use her criminal behavior to blackmail her if she tries to leave you.

Haven’t had one in three years. Have been pulled over twice since, and they didn’t say anything about it.

NY and NJ and Conn all do.

If you drive down a busy 3 lane highway about every fifth car will be missing the front license plate.
We were told we had to have one by a cop so we started looking one day, there's too many missing to enforce the law.

Negative ghost rider. After living here without a front plate on 4 different cars for 25 years, I got pulled over in Cherokee, TX. State Trooper gave me a warning for no front plate. It was the actual reason he pulled me over.
