I never really do at restaurants but I try to have a side of some sort of mixed veggies or green beans with dinner at home 3 or so times a week. It’s more like a cheap filler for me.

I eat a salad daily and last night I made up some awesome beef stir fry loaded with vegetables.

My 16 year old son is an only child and I fear he will eat like the OP his entire life. He does eat veggies in Asian and Indian food so I hold out some hope.

I have excellent genes. I hardly ate vegetables until later in life. Now on my 40's and I eat them with every meal as it just help digestion.

I grow swiss chard, mizuna, spinach, mustard greens, collards, etc and have greens 4 or 5 times per week. Also eat a ton of other veggies.

More like 30-50% and most of those common issues can be mitigated with a healthy lifestyle. Parents have high blood pressure? Yeah, you’re more likely than average to have high blood pressure too, but you can definitely avert it.
