No. If you are a Christian, you may or may not believe in the rapture, it really doesn't matter. I used to, but then I realized the reason Revelation is written the way it is was because, at the time and in that location, Christians were put to death if they were found with scripture. The way it is written would not be taken as scripture by the common Roman soldier, so it was safe to transport around. At the time 666 always referred to the Roman emperor - it was a society where numbers were very significant etc. etc. etc.

Agree. Nobody really knows exactly how rapture will take place. And it's likely not how most people think.
