The people that do most of the protesting think Biden is doing a great job.

Calling the current inflation an "issue" is like calling the titanic disaster a fender bender.

If you actually earned income and paid bills you would have a better understanding.

But there's no more mean tweets. That's really the most important thing.

Ex smokers, ex poors bash their old lifestyle faaaar more than anyone else. Its insecurity.

Dude finally made middle class money, and pretends (on an anon message board) to be above the fray. Classic projection

Yep - because practically speaking there’s not much we can do - except hope our votes count and don’t buy unnecessary things

We’ve written letters to our congressman - basically they say we feel your pain, we are doing what we can. Which is the same response for anything you write.

But there’s no real reason to take a day off and protest - what good will come of it?

I don't really know anyone that thinks Biden is doing a great job.

There are those with a million excuses for whats going on around us. Some at least semi valid, some not.. But I really never see anyone singing Biden's praises.

What if I wrote a check for 45k to the government during tax season? Where does that put me?

Protesters generally represent the opinions of small minded fanatics.
Most Americans don't have the time or inclination for that childish bullshite and will take out their frustrations at the ballot box.
You'll see the real protest this November.

It won't be about abortion, race, pronouns, or even fraudulent presidential elections.
I mean, it will include those things but will be mostly about the inflation and unnecessarily high gas prices.

It's still true.

quote:

Economics is generally regarded as a social science, although some critics of the field argue that economics falls short of the definition of a science for a number of reasons, including a lack of testable hypotheses, lack of consensus, and inherent political overtones

"Social sciences" are not truely scientific.

The revolt will come when the government hand outs stop.
Most of the voters can’t complete a sentence so they do not know the difference.

That’s exactly what the POTUS is telling gas stations to do to combat high gas prices
