My office does. I think they intentionally make it painful to use.
As I pointed out a long time ago on here, if you order toilet paper for your company, you should be forced to only use that toilet paper 24/7, 365 days a year and see how your a-hole likes that

Rookie. I travel with toilet paper, paper towels, and wet wipes in my backpack. The jealous looks I get as I walk out of the bathroom with my roll are priceless.

I guess you have to fill it up with overpriced bottled water from one of the shops in the airport since it may have more than the TSA recommended amount of liquid.

In the 1980s Tennessee Tech University used to have single ply toilet paper that would come out in single squares (lovingly referred to as "Tech Squares"). The students would gather them up, then throw them out onto the basketball court in what they would call "blizzard events".

taking a 3 part never ending shite in the Nashville bathroom after a bachelor party weekend of consuming nothing but whiskey, beer, and piled high BBQ burgers was one of the worst experiences of my life... that much airport tp use left me some lacerations

That reminds me. Back when I was in the Navy,(about 1964) pay toilets were still legal. I was on my way back to New London, Connecticut for Submarine School. I was in the Airport, NewOrleans, when a pain hit me. I found a Rest Room, put in my Quarter, and did my business. Then I noticed there was no toilet paper. I thought, I don't want to spend another quarter to wipe my butt. I was making about $80.00 bucks a month.
I'm 6'3" with long arms, I'll just stand on the cammode, reach over and get a strip from the next stall.
I stepped up and looked down and there was a guy sitting there masturbating.
He didn't see me and I didn't interrupt. his pleasure. I quietly stepped down and went to catch my plane.

I provide my Postal workers with Cottonelle w/ ultra clean care. Hope that isn’t why we keep raising the price of postage stamps.
