Diversity for Diversity sake is wrong

With all these recent political conferences, I understand how important diversity is to our country.
However I always believed people should earn their accomplishments. Just putting people into a position based on skin or sex is actually insulting. It insults our society as a whole and the people being uplifted.
We have laws for a reason. We have protocol for a reason. Some people just can't respect that.
Just a brief rant, I just needed to release some steam.

Diversity is great, but it's just as a tool to hire dumber people right now. Indians and Asians and other smart groups would definitely add to the problem solving mix...but they aren't right kind of diversity.

People like France more than cold as frick Russia, small Japan, and because China sucks outside of diversified Beijing, Shanghai, and HK.
