Disturbing video out of NYC (no link provided) - man takes life from skyscraper

Assuming this is relatively new. Story supposedly is he lost everything due to Coronavirus, including his business.
Not posting here due to graphic content but I am sure it is making its way around on Twitter.
As bad as this sucks, taking one’s life is never a good solution. Prayers to those he left behind.

Isn’t there 350 billion dollars being allocated to small business through the stimulus? I understand it’s a loan but still seems like dude could have waited to see how that played out.
