I know HOAs can be anal, but I don't think dumping spiced water will fall under anything. Did they quote any specific rule?

Flush it down the toilet.

Tell the HOA to go to hell. It isn't toxic waste or even chemicals.

Screw the HOA. Pour it where you want. Be a man.

I am not worried about it, just seeing if anybody else had similar encounters
This is what they sent

Please do not dispose of materials, liquids or solid of any description in street or backyard drains. These drains are designed to carry rainwater to our lakes which are very expensive to maintain. Materials other than rainwater will plug these drains and create street drainage problems. Lastly, it is a violation of law to dispose of waste materials in these drains.

So if you wash your car are they going to give you shite for soapy water going in the drains?

All I can think of is it falling under two possible subsections of BR wastewater code prohibitions.
or
I don't know the concentration of boil wastewater
or
Which probably can be removed in treatment
In any case, these people are just being anal about any impurities being disposed in the sewer. Not worth getting defensive about it. I pour mine out under my fence in the backyard.

Tell HOA to SAD.
It's fricking water and seasoning. Tell them to get fricked on their lawn that meets height restrictions.

Pour it in a swastika pattern on your favorite neighbors lawn.

What HOA are you located in?

I'm calling the EPA hotline number and I've alerted Greenpeace. A caravan of SJWs is heading your way.

It works really well at keeping weeds off the fence line.
Posted on 4/6/16 at 10:20 pm to CroakaBait
I'd just pour it in the backyard somewhere
I do enjoy drinking it though

it is against the law in several parishes around the Baton Rouge area mainly because it is very distructive to marine life.
Or its just eliminating the middle man ... catching spicy seems like a perfect ending
