Well that’s just because they don’t want you to spread a silent killer since you obviously DGAF whether or not you infect everyone.

You are the problem, not them!

but it really does suck when you have to wear it as often as you do at vacation destination

I get that it sucks but it's way easier just to put one on and deal with until you leave the store. I have to wear one all day at work so I'm pretty used to wearing one

Isn't park attendance is still limited to 25% capacity?
Yep. Which is why I mentioned wait times and everything that's closed. The crowd as you walk around isn't bad, but because no one is stopping to watch a parade, sitting in a show, sitting in a restaurant, shopping (many stores closed), etc., they were all in line for rides because that's all there is to do. People don't often realize how much other stuff is going on in disney besides the rides. For Magic Kingdom, this works okay. They have by far the most rides. But for the other 3, it wasn't that fun especially for young kids. You have a total of 5 rides in AK, 2 of which are too intense for them. 7 rides in hollywood. 5 rides in EPCOT. You get the idea.

Crowds and wait times are almost back to "normal" and are even worse in Hollywood.

Definitely wasn't the case when I went earlier this month. Longest wait we had was for Small World and that was because they were cleaning the boats. We rode Splash and Big Thunder so many times, I got tired of riding so my kids rode alone. Even at HS, we could have ridden Aerosmith and ToT ad nauseam.
Glad I went when I did.

Ahh gotcha. Will be headed there in a month. Haven't been in 20 years so it'll be an interesting experience I'm sure.

I was there last week. Slinky, ToT, Rockin had 60+ minute waits. Runaway Railroad at 105. Obviously, Rise still required the queue. Smuggler's was 50.

In EPCOT, Test track and frozen got to around 40-45. Soarin was low. The extra screen really helping there and it's not as popular as it was. Wine and Dine is going on but you have to stop and eat/drink. You can't walk around at all. Just about every place to shop was closed.

In AK, all rides were less than 40. But there was just so little to do with a kid. Bug's life, Rapids, the bird show and the safari. We road things more than once yeah, but again, no hands on stuff anywhere. Dinoland was empty and shutdown. No shows like Lion King or Nemo.

After seeing the wait times posted this weekend, I think they may have silently bumped that capacity up.

They were limiting store capacity everywhere. It wasn't that packed when we went but we had to wait 15 minutes to get into the lego store. We ate at Wine Bar George which was pretty good. The wait for the big disney store was 45 minutes. We skipped it. Didn't stay there after our meal.

They even extended hours this weekend too knowing they'd be getting bigger crowds.

Just checked the app. You have 15+ rides throughout the parks at 50+ minute waits, 7 of them are in Hollywood alone.

And people need to remember that there are no fast passes right now. You MUST wait for everything.

A pox on their house for not clearly stating their mask policies in advance. They should have had it all over the news and had signs posted so you would not have been surprised.

On the contrary. Equal protect clause applies.

They play tricks with staffing levels to keep wait times high. The current head of Disney (Chapek) is a piece of crap, we should expect him to negatively impact every area he touches.

The whole mask thing is ludicrous. They remained open until March 15 WITH NO MASKS, and we have heard about ONE guy that died, and they can't link it to WDW, and he had other health issues.

I do worry they will become giant pussies now and require masks during flu season, allergy season, football season, festival season... they are selling masks at $5 a pop, and I've seen people buy them 20 at a time. That's enough to make some a-hole push for masks full time.

Meh, when we went last year the wait times listed on the app wasn’t always accurate.

We’re going the first weekend in November so I guess we’ll see.

It's actually worse now and they're typically longer than listed. They can't use the lanyards with the cards anymore so they're making estimates based on the length of the line since most of the lines snake through the park outside of the typical line because of the 6 ft spacing. So they updates aren't as frequent and they're usually shorter than the true number.
