It sucks almost as bad as the stupid clickity clack remotes. I hate using the remote when I stay up late. I swear it's louder than the TV.

I got the new guide back in late 2017, then the new new guide a few weeks ago. It got worse each time.
The comments on their message boards universally despise it.
It boggles the mind that such a big company could pull such a frick up with their only product.
Did they not use focus groups to test it? Or were those people morons?
I left Comcast for DirecTv after Comcast “upgraded” their system and it went to shite. Not sure where to turn now. Maybe just read a book.

It’s so freaking bad. When trying to find something on list I feel like just switching to Netflix. I could go on and on about all the stupid things they changed/added. Idiots.

Basically when I'm scrolling through the guide, if I don't recognize a movie or show name, I just keep scrolling because I'm not about to spend 5 minutes squinting my eyes to try to read the small arse text for the description.
I'm sure my eyes aren't what they used to be especially when it's at night and I'm getting tired, but I just can't understand how they signed off on that.
I googled it the other night to see if there was a way to change it back and that's when I saw that they are supposed to be changing it because of the complaints. I have no idea if there's really any truth to it, but it was supposedly from directv and looked official enough.
