Direct TV pushers inside Walmart and Sam's

These guys/girls started off as just annoying but they are getting down right ridiculous
they are all assholes when you tell them you are not interested...watched them chase a women and her daughter down through the store about how much they pay for cable every month.
I just got to where i say "I am with Direct TV" every time they start to talk to me.
Why does Walmart/Sams allow this in their stores? Direct must be kicking something back to Walmart because the way they treated this lady was uncomfortably rude and i wouldn't be surprised if she didn't go to the Walmart manager over it.
You guys see the same? if you don't know what i am talking about you are lucky...almost as bad as the basketball or football team of the week guarding the doors asking for cash every weekend at Walmart and Target.

They are losing so many customers because people are cutting the cord. My bill in April jumped to $174. I called and said if we can't get my bill below $100 I'm mailing all my equipment back at your expense. New monthly bill with internet is $94

I shop at Costco and they have the same thing when you walk in.
I’m kind of surprised that these companies are ok with annoying their customers for whatever small kickback they are getting from AT&T.

At ours, it's the ATT cellphone peeps, parked right near the Electronics section. We get some of the shite heads from city, Illinois hoosiers, and some of south city hoosiers, so they are perfect targets.

I have no sympathy for cable companies. I recently cut off my ATT because they lost the NFL network and the local NBC feed.
The jackass kept telling me everyone goes through issues and they are in heavy talks with possibly getting them back and I should be patient. I just said, “Hey...that’s not MY problem!!!!!” Then gave him a huge crotch chop right in the middle of HEB.

they're stupid enough to wear shirts that say "DirecTV" on them.. so when they walk up and say "who is your cable provider?", just say DirecTV and they won't waste another second on you

I remember about 8 years ago applying for a marketing/pr job with a company and when I went in for the interview they told me this is what they did so I just got up and walked out. The job description read along the lines of business development, account management, and marketing position. When they explained their business model it totally came off sounding like a pyramid scheme.

I didn't read the responses, but they have gotten really bad at Costco. They force you to walk by them at the entrance and they have the same shitty salesmen ice breaker as the minimum wage cologne selling employees at the stands in the mall. I thought Costco was better than that, but apparently not.
