Passed down without proper successions ever being filed causing ever 5th cousin 4th removed laying claim to it.

Saw a property a 40 acre property with 33 heirs to it, but that was in 05' so there's probably a few more to add into the mix now.

I'm more confused by the giant house on Pecue with a dilapidated front yard but luxery import cars on the front lawn.

There used to be another one off the road and tucked away in one of the neighborhoods off Highland that I came across 12, 13 years ago. I inquired about the land and was told it was the "Whitfield family" and they all lived on the West Coast and you couldn't get them to agree on anything. I would guess its been razed by now.

And of course there is the bizarre abandoned house off I-12 off Cedarcrest.

Kind of unrelated, but what is up with this house on Highland near Lee? They’ve been building it for more than 10 years.

Funny thing is that shitty house is probably more financially solvent than 75% of the McMansions in CCL.

Good point. They IIRC used to sell firewood from the baws that lived there.

Must have not spent much time in the neighborhood huh?

Other than a handful of unique house there, his description is pretty accurate.

Buy it share by share, until you own a majority, then force a sheriffs sale.
