Let me help the OT out with this... the outrage is strong in this thread.
the reason theres no criminal charges is because the proof required to bring forth criminal charges on someone is much, much greater than what is required to simply file a lawsuit.
It is not very hard to imagine that there are some who would like to take advantage of Diddy's current situation for their own monteray gain.
