judge could give him 2 years for each case to be served concurrently with time already served and he could be out....
However, I think he gets like 4-5 years, including time served will be out in a couple years with good behavior (must serve at least 80% of sentence in federal)
Judge might also go a little easier cause he feels the SDNY waaaay overcharged this to begin with
