The insurance company asked if there are traffic cameras in the area, and obviously there are... it'd be cool if they can actually access that video.

OP probably has some nice graphic on his truck with his lawn service LLC listed. Other vehicle hopes he’s carrying commercial auto insurance with $1M limits...calls Gordon and those asshats jump into action...send a letter to OP’s insurer that they are suing for property damage, emotional distress, “serious bodily injury” (all soft tissue stuff, but still), inability to work, etc.
Gordon knows damn well that OP’s insurer knows it doesn’t stand a chance here in Louisiana so they offer a quick settlement...Gordon says frick that and starts the process of dragging this horrific fender bender case out.
OP’s insurer settles about 2 years down the road for a total payout of $70K....claimant gets about $5K and Gordon and Dr. Plantz cheers each other and laugh how blessed the meek are...
Meanwhile, OP’s insurer drops him and he can’t afford the alternative so he closes his business and starts cutting lawns for someone who hasn’t been fricked over yet by a fender bender and that’s that.
