Did you go on Spring Break with other kids (no parents) in high school?

Of course I got a Spring Break but if I went anywhere it was skiing or beach with parents.
That underage drinking thread has high schools in it.
No way were my parents dumb enough to let 16-17 year old me go to beach alone for a week with a few baws.
There is a time and place for everything and its called college.

not spring break but we would go to destin for the 4th with friends
there was always a parent obviously but usually it was the parent that had no problem with us drinking a ton of beer

I pretty much did what I wanted by the time I was a senior in high school. Went on trips to the beach and skiing. My parents knew I wasn't retarded though. And they told me they wouldn't pay for college if I got arrested or did something stupid.

We didn't go on Spring Break, we went at end of year (Sr. trip) but I grew up in the age when kids had matured enough by the age of 18 to handle drinking.

As a senior went to the beach at some campground with some baws and one of their parents who were cool AF and didn't mind us drinking if we were cool about it. Had a damn blast.
This was when the drinking age was 18 so 17 years olds drinking wasn't as big a thing as now.

Yep, left the morning after graduation. Spent a week staying at a place in PCB called The Barney Gray with a bunch of friends. Had a drunken blast. Came home and a couple days later reported to the MEPS station in Montgomery to take my oath of enlistment and ship out to Ft. Knox, KY.

Yes. My Senior year we went to my buddy’s place in Destin. It was massive. We had 12 guys there and all the girls stayed a few minutes away. It was a complete shite show. Junior year we went with my buddy’s family to Destin and we were supposed to stay with them for a few days and then meet up with the bros for a week. We were in a penthouse and it was great. Right after we got there we went down to the beach with Gatorade and vodka. Cops stopped us almost immediately and we got MIPs right behind a wedding on the beach haha. Next day my buddy got another MIP. Needless to say we didn’t make it past two days with the parents and never had a chance to go stay with our friends. I spent the rest of the spring break week pressure washing my dad’s parking garage.
