I don't think either of our kids have ever walked in on us. When my daughter was 3 or 4, we were at the beach with the whole family and she had to sleep on the floor in our bedroom. Wife and I had a tumble in the sheets late one night, and she announced at the breakfast table the next morning that mommy was breathing hard the night before and woke her up. That's the same trip wife's mom walked in on us. We snuck up from the beach to get a quickie in and didn't realize she followed us. Our fault for leaving the bedroom door open I guess.

I walked in on a friends mom who was getting ready for the peen. Unfortunately, I was about 9 years old, so no great personal story accompanies it.

Was fishing outside with a buddy at his camp when I made the "mistake" of walking inside to get a Coke. As soon as the door shuts behind me I hear the mom say "(insert buddy's dad's name) I'm ready for your cock!" I turn the corner an there is my friend's mom in all her FULL furburger glory. I feebly say "uh, it's just me. I'm getting a coke." She, shocked, responds "oh! I thought you were someone else" (No shite). The downside of the whole thing is that the mom wasn't attractive, at all, turning what could have been a great childhood memory into a gross memory.
