As long as they don’t make it like the new Tundras, they are good.

They should update the Tundra to have a grille matching that one

I love my Tacoma. If not having a bunch of tech isn't a problem for you (hell it's a plus for some people) then that's your truck.

Hopefully they fixed the shifting issues. They really need to bring back the 4.0 engine too.

I’m ready to see what they come up with for the 4R and GX. Should line up with me retiring my current GX perfectly.

I bought a 2023 Tacoma last year in October. I love it other than the transmission.

Ugly. Cheaply made. Less technology.

You say that like it's a bad thing.

Toyotas been crushing it with their redesigns.

Never underestimate the taste of the American consumer.

Toyota's "redesigns" amount to bigger and bigger (fake) grilles. Fake exhaust tips. Fake brake vents (whatever the hell that is on the camry). Fake hood scoops.

The truck pictured by the OP looks pretty good. But still has a fake hood scoop.

That's not insignificant.

It's the worst automatic transmission I've ever owned in any car for 30 years.

My wife has a 10 speed transmission (not Toyota) that drives exactly how you'd expect.

The 6 speed in the Tacoma is always hunting for the tallest gear and it drives like shite because of it. Probably does 7/8 gear changes just to get to the top gear, since it shifts to soon, shifts back down, shifts too soon again, etc.

A manual diesel!

The 2024 will be available in a 6 speed manual 3.5 V6.
