I don't know how the rest of the state is handling bars, but JP is letting just about any place that wants to open now to do so and try to function as a restaurant.

Nola Covid stats have been outstanding over the last month.
I guess they will cherry pick a few things to be negative about and talk up the dangers of schools opening as per their marching orders

So she said it either has like an 70% mortality rate for the 10 that get infected, or she is saying covid has a 100% infection rate with a 7% mortality rate
