Describe the worst physical pain you have ever felt

Army days, broken jaw. Was in the hospital for a week. Most of the assistants, even the majority of the doctors were new to the job, recently trained, inexperienced.
They shove a mold in your mouth when your jaw breaks and force your broken pieces to re-align and "bite down".
They pulled this stunt three times because of bad molds, no numbing medicine.
I thought that was as bad as it could ever be, then 6 weeks later I went to get my jaw unwired.
They didn't numb it right, I couldn't move or talk, but I felt every second of the pain from 64 wires being pulled out of my gums.
Took about 3 and a half hours.

when I woke up in the middle of the night in my dorm with a charlie horse. My bed was jacked up way high so I knew I wouldn't be able to get out of bed with my leg all cramped up without falling hard on the tile floor. My roommate wasn't there to get me any water to stop the pain so I had to just lie there for at least 10 minutes straight in pure straight charlie horse. It was awful. Once the pain faded, I managed to slowly lower myself down and get some water.

Ear infection as an adult resulting in torn eardrum.
I've heard having tonsils out as an adult sucks too. But the one that would have to be the worst was a co worker who got circumsized at 40. Said it was somewhat uncomfortable.

We seem to have this thread every 6 months or so. Mine was having third degree burns debrided. (My spell check does not like debrided and keeps trying to turn it into "derided". I would not deride third degree burns, myself.)

broken collarbone. Bone sticking through my skin in the front. I puked when I saw it. 
PS - Awful pain recovering also, had to lie perfectly still or it would feel like I got stabbed.

Following major trauma to my hand, and the subsequent 5 surgeries and thousand of stitches, those sonofabitch doctors took me off the morphine pump and gave me Tylox 3 in its place.
Extra strength Tylenol after 5 surgeries and a morphine pump? Josef Mengele would have been proud.
