If defense can prove that he was doing as trained and he was following his training regardless of the outcome, then he walks.
Furthermore, if it can be proven, even just a little, that he may have died as a result of being on drugs etc, then defense walks.
Eithe way, that mans life is over forever. Someone will take him out

The defense doesn't have to prove anything. He's presumed innocent. But I totally get your point and in this case he'll have to prove himself innocent.

I think every news channel is reporting the same... I know court tv is noticeably pro prosecution. That's the one I've been watching. I take out my earbuds during the commentary its so bad.

I was actually surprised it was on CNN too since usually at least 3 of the TVs are on FoxNews. I assume someone turned it on since Fox wasn’t carrying it live
