Or... he's just guilty

If Derek Chauvin was Mumia Abu Jamal, you and all the other white leftists would be crying about the procedural shortcomings of this trial. Everyone deserves a fair trial. This was not even close to a fair trial by any objective standard.

In fact, the trial showed that he was NOT the reason for Floyd's death.

Translated....

"The defense's paid expert witness, the only person I truly paid any attention to during this whole trial because their testimony matched by predetermined outcome of this trial, showed that he was NOT the reason for Floyd's death"

Pssst. Expert witnesses called by the defense will ALWAYS, without fail, testify that the defendant is not responsible for whatever crime he or she is accused of. That's why the defense pays them to travel and come to court to testify.

We will now have posters who already had their mind made up that Chauvin was innocent before the trial, now say that the system is rigged/bias and that’s the only way a jury could’ve reached that outcome.

You're a clown. We all saw the viral video too. Without knowing the specifics of the statutes as I'm not a lawyer, let alone one in MN, I initially thought he was likely guilty of some form of manslaughter, with a caveat of knowing that the public always jumps to conclusions and the media frequently misreports. The evidence that arose leading up to the trial and within the trial, led to reasonable doubt. For me, this included his fentanyl concentration, his hypertension and cardiac health, the different angles presented by the body camera, the lack of physical evidence of bruising, et al.

I wanted the defendant to receive a fair trial with due process. This did not occur, which is the real tragedy of this situation. And it goes all the way up to the highest office in the land. I hope that the situation is resolved via appeal or some other remedy.

At any rate, if memory serves, and your MSB post history is any indication, while you pretend to be above the fray, you are indeed biased on any subject pertaining to race. So frick off with your air of superiority.

Does it seem strange that all the protestors (rioters) look very sad or disappointed on TV now that he’s been found guilty on all 3 counts?

Wouldn’t you expect a victory celebration, like what happened when OJ was found not guilty?

Chauvin should’ve took the stand

Wouldn’t have mattered though

What questions do you have about the evidence?

None, but I'm not on the jury so the standard isn't the same. They clearly knew how they were going to find from the beginning,

Like the right to trial by a jury of one’s peers?

Sure

Now do burdens of proof, the applicable charges and jury instructions, the concepts of juries not being subjected to coercion, etc.

No, 2nd degree murder can be unintentional death while committing a felony. Here they said 3rd degree assault, which is reckless infliction of serious bodily harm.

Manslaughter has a lower bar basically negligence created unreasonable risk that caused a Floyd's death.

Judge wouldn't have acquitted him either. People really know who he is. And then Chauvin would have had less of an argument on appeal.

Consider this the first day of the brown shirts. The only “police” not to be targeted will be a politically motivated civilian task force.
