Dude on Fox saying there will peace in this country if there is a 2nd degree murder conviction.
this will only embolden them further. Now they know beyond a shadow of a doubt that violence, destruction, and cheating will get them everything they want.
It is only going to get worse. Far, far worse.

He can't be convicted on more than one charge otherwise it's double jeopardy

Disregard anything AMS says. She has no idea what she is talking about. Reading these threads it's obvious she's not very smart. Just move on.
Someone should be watching her. If this is anything other than guilty on everything, she doesn't need to be alone around sharp objects or fentanyl.

Does anyone think that if found guilty DC off's himself?
No one here knows him well enough to answer this question.

CourtTV just said he can be convicted on none, 1, 2, or all 3.
Well I can assure you that in Louisiana you cannot be convicted of 1st degree murder, second degree murder, and manslaughter for the killing of a single person. That's textbook double (or in that case triple) jeopardy
You can have first, or, as a responsive, second, or as a responsive, manslaughter, but only one, not all
(this is not including all other responsives such as attempts)

Honestly think he gets manslaughter. Cities will burn. Even though he is in prison for 5-10 years and his life is ruined forever.
It’s not about justice to them though. They want chaos in the streets. So does the left. Many Dems are hoping for an acquittal.

To anyone still at work in a major city, get home now.

It really is surprising to me that the jury asked no questions at all. It's going to be guilty on all 3 charges and based on emotion not the actual facts of the case.

Joe Biden cancelled a press conference to watch the verdict be read. Okay that's why Sleepy Joe cancelled.

Actually, he said he hoped for a 2nd dregree murder conviction then said he would reword it. He then said he thinks there would be peace if there were a 2nd degree murder conviction but it has been so politicized there would likely be riots no matter what.

Wrong. If they had only charged with 1st degree murder (or 2nd or 3rd) and he was acquitted, they couldn’t try him later for manslaughter for the same crime either

I’m legitimately confused on how that is possible.
